Avalon 2019: Air Affairs to enhance training capability
Air Affairs Australia is best known in the field of training for providing Red Air and target services for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
Using a fleet of LearJet 30 and 60 series aircraft, the company has now entered into an agreement with the Varley Group and Coherent Technical Services Inc (CTSi) to upgrade its LearJet fleet’s avionics mission capabilities.
Known as the ‘Mudbucket Partnership’ the avionics upgrade package was first unveiled by US company CTSi in Australia at Avalon 2017.
The initial customer for Mudbucket - the name derived from Multiplex Bata Bus Controllers, Translator and Transmitter, or MDBCTT
