TADTE 2013: Taiwan unveils new weapons
The launcher for Taiwan’s Hsiung Feng 3 anti-ship missile has been revealed for the first time at the Taipei Aerospace & Defense Technology Exhibition in Taiwan.
The exhibition, which runs from 15-18 August, had the trailer mounted launcher system on display showing four missile cannisters. There were also a number of other new systems at the event.
The CM32 Cloud Leopard 8x8 armoured personnel carrier (APC) has had a very slow development, but a third variant appears set to enter service in due course behind existing APC and Command variants.
