SOFIC 2015: SOF commanders list force requirements
Land, air and maritime SOF commanders have outlined their requirements at the SOFIC exhibition in Tampa Bay.
Speaking at the conference, Lt Gen Charles Cleveland, Cdr of US Army Special Operations Command said that he wants the three existing data structures combined into one.
He said that Palantir, Chaos and Socrates are ‘separate data structures for the three regiments’ within the command but ‘there’s no reason those can’t be consolidated into one system that allows us to know, over a greater period of time, what’s going on and how to understand local information and phenomena.’
