Venezuelan Army fires upgraded Scorpion 90

The Venezuelan Army is making a concerted effort to upgrade its combat vehicle fleet to make it '100% operational’, Maj Gen Domingo Hernández Lárez, Commanding General of the Venezuelan Army, announced on 22 March via social media.
His statement came the day after the army published images of a firing demonstration involving a recently upgraded Scorpion 90 reconnaissance/patrol vehicle.
The demonstration took part in the Fuerte Guaicaipuro (Charallave city, state of Miranda) as part of the celebrations of the Battle of Carabobo, one of the most important confronts in the Venezuelan independence war.
