Norway to receive first CV90 batch
The Norwegian Army will receive a capability boost next month when it takes delivery of the first batch of new and modernized armoured fighting vehicles.
Some test vehicle variants were delivered in 2014, but the arrival of the first full batch of 12 serial production CV90 vehicles represents a timely improvement in equipment for Norway.
A ceremony is due to take place at a military base in the north of the country on 2 September. The first batch will consist of eight Infantry Fighting Vehicles (designated SPV) and four C2 variant vehicles (designated STRILED).
