New Afghan MSFV orders on hold
Plans for additional Commando Select armoured vehicles for the Afghan National Army (ANA) are being put on hold until a bi-lateral US-Afghanistan security agreement is put in place.
Shephard understands that a decision paper at PEO Combat Support & Combat Service Support (CS&CSS) has deferred the sale of further vehicles – called Mobile Strike Force Vehicles (MSFVs) by the ANA – due to a lack of funds in the absence of a bilateral agreement.
