GVA 'errors' erased with version update
The latest version of the UK Ministry of Defence's (MoD's) Generic Vehicle Architectures (GVA) Defence Standard (DEFSTAN) due to be published tomorrow will correct a 'couple of errors', an official has conceded.
Addressing the inaugural Interoperable Open Architecture conference in London on 27 October, Ian Burch, GVA project office lead, said version 2.0 of the DEFSTAN 23-09 comprised a 'minor update [which] corrects a couple of errors from feedback we've had'.
