Eurosatory: French SF mount up

A new set of vehicles for the French Special Forces will offer them improved mobility and firepower on operations.

According to the French DGA, 25 new Poids Lourds Des Forces Speciales (PLFS) built by Renault Trucks Defence (RTD) will be delivered by the end of the year.

French SF will eventually acquire 202 PLFS in total alongside 241 light variants Vehicle Leger Forces Speciales (VLFS) also designed and built by RTD.
