BAE offers Colombia artillery
Colombia has a requirement for 25 artillery pieces, but it is unclear what kind of system they want.
BAE Systems told Shephard: ‘It is our understanding that the Colombian Army is examining future artillery needs.’
A spokesperson added: ‘In the event the Colombian Army seeks proposals, BAE Systems is capable of offering its M777 155mm Lightweight Field Howitzer, the M109 155mm Self-Propelled Howitzer, or a combination of both.’
