Australia consults on Land 400 Phase 3 programme
The Australian Department of Defence has commenced a consultation process with industry for its latent Land 400 Phase 3 requirement, which will see the army’s M113AS4 fleet replaced with a new IFV.
Land 400 Phase 3, delivering a mounted close combat vehicle, will be one of the Australian Army’s largest purchases, and the government is thus seeking input from Australian industry regarding the proposed tender timeline, as well as releasing a draft RfT for comment.
