AUSA Global: Korea to get PAC-3 missile
The US and South Korean governments have signed a Letter of Agreement (LoA) to procure the PAC-3 missile.
Speaking at AUSA Global, Scott Arnold, vice president of the PAC-3 programme at Lockheed Martin told Shephard that following the LoA the company expects to get a contract from the US government to buy the PAC-3 interceptors and upgrade package for the launchers.
‘We will receive a contract within the next two months and we will complete deliveries over the next 2-3 years,’ Arnold said.
The numbers of interceptors, launcher upgrades and contract value could not be disclosed, but Arnold said
