TransDigm acquires Esterline Technologies
TransDigm has completed the acquisition of Esterline Technologies, a supplier of products to the global aerospace and defence industry.
TransDigm Group Incorporated's wholly-owned subsidiaries design, produce and supply highly engineered
aircraft components for use on commercial and military aircraft. The acquisition of Esterline will expand TransDigm's platform of content for the aerospace and defence industries, including aftermarket.
