ManTech TACOM support for US Army
ManTech International has been awarded a task order to provide tactical communications software support to the US Army Software Engineering Center (SEC), it announced on 26 May.
The cost-plus-fixed-fee task order has a total potential value of $16.2 million, a 12-month base period of performance and a 12-month option period. It was awarded under the Software and Systems Engineering Services contract.
Under the contract, ManTech International will provide post-production and post-deployment software support to the SEC's Command, Control, and Communications-Tactical communications division for the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment One.
Daniel Keefe, president and chief operating officer of mission solutions and services group, ManTech International, said: 'WIN-T is one of the keys to maintaining superiority on the battlefield.
'ManTech is proud to be selected to provide communications expertise and software engineering capabilities in support of the army's tactical communications mission.'
