Opinion: Qatar opens its wallet as embargo continues
Qatar’s efforts to secure a $4 billion loan to finance the purchase of Eurofighter Typhoon jets, first reported in July by Bloomberg, is the latest part of its drive to bolster its defence capabilities amid the ongoing Saudi-led embargo.
