MDM 2018: Bell highlights its MUX design
Bell utilised this week’s Modern Day Marine to highlight its offering for the emerging Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Unmanned Aerial Systems Expeditionary (MUX) programme.
Key to the exhibit was the company’s first ever display of a full-scale model of its unmanned V-247 design.
According to Keith Flail, Bell’s VP of advanced tiltrotor systems, the V-247 draws on the technology of the company’s V-280 design, developed to support the US Army's Future Vertical Lift programme.
