​MSPO 2019: PZL pushes new S-70i weapons pylon

S-70i Black Hawk manufacturer PZL Mielec is developing a single station weapons store pylon for the aircraft, symbolising a ‘Polandisation’ of the utility transport platform.

The move is designed to showcase Polish weapons industry expertise with PZL lining up prototype flight tests next year, though no specific customers under contract were specifically identified by the company during a 4 September press briefing.
