Germany to send WS-61 Westland Sea King helicopters to Ukraine
Germany has committed to sending Ukraine six of its 21 retiring WS-61 Westland Sea King multirole, amphibious helicopters.
Completing another milestone in its operational capability, the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) conducted the first overseas deployment of its NHIndustries NH90 transport helicopter during Exercise Talisman Sabre 2015.
The RNZAF shipped two NH90s aboard HMAS Canterbury to Australia, with the craft being fully integrated into Battle Group Griffin, an ANZAC helicopter formation, for the course of the July exercise.
