LAAD 2011: Brazil unveils new EC725s

The Brazilian armed forces publicly unveiled its first three EC725 Cougar helicopters out of a 50 aircraft order at LAAD 2011 in Rio de Janeiro on 12 April.

The three aircraft – one for each of the services – were publicly displayed by Eurocopter subsidary Helibras, which is taking over an increasing amount of the manufacture of the aircraft.
