ITEC 2016: UK military medics prepare for future (video)

Now the war in Afghanistan is over, medics across the British armed forces are adapting their training to prepare for contingency operations.  

At ITEC 2016, Flt Lt Scott Fitzgerald, the S03 for the Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT), explained to Shephard how the original one-week medics course will now be extended to two weeks to take into account more battlefield injuries.
