I/ITSEC 2015: Pilot training with EVA (video)
Elbit Systems is displaying an embedded virtual avionics (EVA) solution for trainer and operational aircraft at this year’s I/ITSEC exhibition.
EVA can simulate weapon systems and sensors as well as virtual threats such as surface-to-air missiles.
Shephard spoke with Tal Levy, senior director at Elbit Systems about embedded avionic solutions and how it improves the training of pilots.
