I/ITSEC 2015: Births and bleeding on C-130 trainer (video)

A highly immersive medical training system that replicates a C-130 Hercules configured for aeromedical evacuations is soon to be delivered to the US Air Force.

The Aeromedical Evacuation Training System, developed by simulation and training company CAE, will be delivered to Dobbins Air Reserve Base at the end of the year.

At this year’s I/ITSEC, the trainer is equipped with advanced medical patient simulators from CAE Healthcare, including one that replicates a woman giving birth.
