HamiltonJet supports USN EOD operations
HamiltonJet is to provide its JETanchor technology, HJ292 waterjets, control systems, spare parts and training to Ribcraft USA, which is providing 48 RIBs for the USN that will be custom-fitted for use in EOD.
The 11m RIBs will form a component of the USN’s expeditionary MCM capability, by supporting shallow and deep-water EOD operations.
Ribcraft USA is building the RIBs under a five-year contract.
HamiltonJet previously collaborated with RIBCRAFT to deliver the 5.7m RIB used as a deployable rescue boat for USN Littoral Combat Ships.
