Russian National Guard beefs up
Russia is setting up a National Guard, special military unit, that will focus on the protection of state interests both in-country and abroad.
It will report directly to Russian president Vladimir Putin and will be tasked with combatting terrorism and with the protection of public facilities and special cargo.

During missions abroad it will operate with existing military units in the Russian army and with airborne forces. It could also be involved in undercover operations and SF missions
