Russia orders 'experimental batch' of Kurganets-25
The Russian MoD has placed an initial order for the Kurganets-25 tracked armoured vehicle, likely for experimentation trials by front-line army units.
This was disclosed in the 2017 annual report of Kurganmashzavod company, which manufactures the vehicle. The Kurganets-25 has been developed by Kurganmashzavod’s parent company, Traktornye Zavody.
Published in early July, the report hints that the delivery of the batch will take place between 2019 and 2021. It will be comprised of an undisclosed number of the two main variants – the B-11 IFV and B-10 APC.
