Etion Create is seeking overseas customers for its CheetahNAV vehicle navigation system, which is designed to provide enhanced situational awareness in harsh environments and battlefield conditions.
A spokesperson for the South African company told Shephard that CheetahNAV is being offered in response to requirements from unnamed potential customers in the Middle East.
Any deal would include possible technology transfer and local industrial workshare for the customer, the spokesperson added. CheetahNAV is non-ITAR controlled and the navigation system uses previously developed military off-the-shelf technologies.
