Austria signs up for more Pandur Evos
The Austrian MoD is moving forward with its plans to increase the mobility and protection of its ground troops, after announcing the acquisition of 30 more 6x6 Pandur Evolution (Evo) wheeled armoured vehicles.
Austrian Minister of Defence Klaudia Tanner signed a €106 million ($128 million) contract with General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) to acquire the platforms on 26 January,
Deliveries are scheduled to take place between 2022 and 2023.
