LAAD 2019: Brazil's RBS 70 NG orders not sufficient for demand
The Brazilian MoD’s order commitment to Saab’s RBS 70 NG air defence system may not be enough, according to one military official.
The order for the RBS 70 NG was booked during Q4 2018. The order also includes training systems, camouflage systems and other associated equipment. The official number of units ordered is classified although it is understood that the RBS 70 NG will replace the 16 RBS 70 currently in use by the country's forces.
