Eurosatory 2010: Boxer IFV options unveiled
The ARTEC Boxer 8x8 Multi-Role Armoured Vehicle (MRAV) is now being marketed as an infantry fighting vehicle with a choice of two turrets.
The Boxer is produced by the ARTEC consortium which is 63% owned by Rheinmetall Landsysteme with the remaining 36% belonging to Krauss Maffei Wegmann (KMW). ARTEC has begun deliveries of 272 Boxers to the German Army and will soon start production of 200 vehicles for the Royal Netherlands Army.
