DefExpo 2020: Biho to get a friendly push in India
Following successful teamwork between South Korean firm Hanwha Defense and Larsen & Toubro of India, the two wish to promote broader cooperation on various land systems. One of these areas of collaboration is proffering the Hybrid Biho air defence system from Hanwha Defense to the Indian Army.
In 2017, Indian officers visited South Korea to witness a demonstration of the Hybrid Biho as part of a tender process for five regiments (104 units) of self-propelled air defence systems that was first floated in 2013.
Competing against the Russian Pantsir-S1 and Tunguska-M1, the K30 Biho was actually the sole system
