China donates mobile hospital to Argentina
The Argentinian MoD has announced the arrival of 13 Kangfei BLAT30EX14V trucks donated by China. The vehicles work as a mobile hospital and will be used to face natural disasters and health crisis.
The trucks feature first aid equipment, X-ray, biochemical laboratory and sterilisation system according to the national MoD.
The vehicles were handed over on 11 February under the framework of cooperation between Argentina and China.
The donation of the mobile hospital was announced during a meeting on 18 January between the Minister of Defence Agustín Rossi and the Chinese ambassador to Argentina, Zou Xiaoli.
China also donated four Dongfeng Warrior CSK131 vehicles to Argentina in 2018 as a free military aid package intended to assist with providing security for the G20 summit, according to Shephard Defence Insight.
These platforms entered service with the Argentinian Federal Police and Ministry of Security.
