Australian Army exercises armoured cavalry regiment structure
Under Plan Beersheba, Australia created an Armoured Cavalry Regiment (ACR) in each of its three combat brigades, which represented a major shakeup for the 1st Armoured Regiment. However, beneficiaries of the restructuring now note the wisdom of this move.
