ADAS: Saab looks to fill Philippine air defence requirements
As part of its presence at ADAS 2014, Saab is showing the capabilities of its RBS 70 air defence system, which it hopes will suit some of the requirements of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Speaking to ADAS Daily News, Åke Söderlindh, director marketing and sales, Saab Asia Pacific, confirmed that the Philippine Air Force currently has an interest in procuring both a medium-range and a very-short-range air defence system.
