AAD 2012: BAE launches updated RG35 6X6
BAE Land Systems South Africa has launched an updated version of its 6X6 RG35 multi-purpose blast protected fighting vehicle.
On exhibit at the Africa Aerospace and Defence exhibition in South Africa, the platform is an extension of the RG35 family, which includes a 4X4 vehicle. The new 6X6 is slightly smaller then a previous version launched at DSEi in London in 2010, carrying an 11 tonne payload opposed to the previous 15.
