Following tests last year L-3 Linkabit has started deliveries of its Network Centric Waveform (NCW) modem to Canada.
L-3 Linkabit tested a Canadian Army-Navy multi-terminal, multi-band, multi-beam network in an over the air test using its network centric waveform (NCW) modem in December 2014 and the company told Shephard that deliveries are now underway.
It completed the test using the Wideband Global Satcom (WGS-3) satellite and used the L-3 RMPM-1000 modem to create the fully meshed network solution.
