US Missile Defense Agency told to step up its communication game
The US Government Accountability Office (GAO) has given the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) mixed grades for its testing and delivery goals for last year, and is calling for the agency to make changes in the way it communicates capability deliveries.
In a new report titled Missile Defense: The Warfighter and Decision Makers Would Benefit from Better Communication about the System’s Capabilities and Limitations, the office tells lawmakers that while MDA had successes in Fiscal Year 2017, it also stumbled on several fronts.
