VIP EC635s delivered to the Swiss Air Force
The Swiss Air Force has taken delivery of two VIP-equipped Eurocopter EC635s.
The new aircraft will be based at Bern-Belp airfield and operated by the Federal Air Transport Service (FATS) replacing a AS365 Dauphin. The purchase is part of 20-aircraft acquisition programme of 20 EC635s approved by the Swiss Government in 2005.
The helicopters, which bear the registrations T-351 and T-352 are equivalent to the civilian version EC135 supplied by Eurocopter.
