US Transportation Command issues contract modifications

Three companies have been awarded contact modifications by the US Transportation Command to provide airlift support for the US Central Command Area of Responsibility in Afghanistan.

Columbia Helicopters’ award is worth $224 million, for rotary wing passenger and cargo transport services.

CHI Aviation’s award is $149 million for the same services.

Berry Aviation’s $29.8 million award includes fixed wing passenger, cargo, combined passenger and cargo, aeromedical evacuation, and short take-off and landing air transportation services.

The period performance for all three is 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020.
