Pacific 2017: Australia declares love for Romeo

The Royal Australian Navy (RAN) received its 24th and final Sikorsky MH-60R last September, and the navy has so far operationally deployed five flights at sea. A sixth flight will be ready by the end of this year, and the target is to have a steady state of eight flights annually.

Chris Huet, Lockheed Martin’s Australia-based business development manager, told Shephard at the Pacific International Maritime Exposition in Sydney, ‘The RAN love the platform,’ and that the navy is ‘very happy with the capability’.
