Pakistan outed as Wing Loong 2 user

Pakistan has emerged as being yet another user of the Chinese-built Wing Loong MALE UCAV, courtesy of a crash on 18 June. What is even more surprising is that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) is operating the new-generation Wing Loong 2.

News footage and social media imagery showed the remains of a wrecked and burned-out fuselage in a field. The distinctive rear air intake of the Wing Loong 2 was easily identifiable.
