Mexico obtains Dominator

A single Dominator XP UAS has been purchased by Mexico after successfully completing a series of flight trials recently, according to manufacturer Aeronautics.

The Dominator XP is a medium altitude long endurance UAS based on a DA-42 twin star commercial aircraft. Its long endurance and high reliability make it well suited for military and homeland security missions, over land and sea.

The system sold to the Mexican government, via local marketing company Balam security, was the same platform used for the tests. The deal is for the Dominator XP only, and contains no associated technical support.
