UAV Solutions launched a tethered version of its Allerion 25 VTOL UAV at the AUVSI Unmanned Systems exhibition in Washington, DC.

The concept placed the Allerion 25-T quadrotor on top of the tether, which transfers power and allows data exchange between the ground systems and the platform, allowing for longer endurance and secure transfer.
