AUDS system reaches milestone

Reacting to the announcement that the AUDS counter-UAS capability has reached TRL-9 following its deployment and testing with US forces, officials behind the system said that this was an ‘important milestone’ in the programme.

The AUDS system, designed and manufactured by a group of UK-based companies - Blighter Surveillance Systems, Chess Dynamics and Enterprise Control Systems – also conducted trials with the UK and French militaries in 2015.

At the time parties in the Asia-Pacific region were also said to be monitoring the programme.
