I/ITSEC 2016: Latest version of VBS3 released
The latest version of Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) Virtual Battlespace 3 (VBS3) v.3.9.2 features an ability to interoperate with the Oculs Rift CV1 and HTC Vive VR head-mounted displays (HMD).
BISim has been working with Oculus Rift for over a year having integrated its DK2 model in July 2015. The latest version also supports DK2.
‘Our customers are quickly finding clever ways to use the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive to fill gaps in existing training systems,’ said Otakar Nieder, senior director of development for Bohemia Interactive Simulations.
