Speaking at this week’s virtual Special Operations Forces Industry Conference (vSOFIC), James Smith, Acquisition Executive for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), highlighted six specific focus areas directed toward building a more lethal SOF, beginning with next-generation ISR.
