Ukraine to create new maritime security structure
The Ukrainian State Border Guard Service will create a new structure by 2022 to assist in Ukraine’s maritime security operations, according to recent statements from senior defence and border service officials.
Recent statements made by Peter Tsigikal, chairman of the State Border Service, revealed the implementation of these plans will be carried out with the support of the US experts and given the existing Russian threat, the intention would be to ‘implement a massive reform’ service.
