Swedish CV90 Mjölner SPMs near delivery
BAE Systems Hägglunds will deliver the first Swedish 120mm CV90 Mjölner self-propelled mortar (SPM) to the Swedish Army in August 2019, the company has confirmed.
With this domestic success the company has also started promoting the platform on export markets.
‘Several countries have shown significant interest, but we cannot, however, discuss our other customer’s, BAE Systems informed Shephard.
The Mjölner SPM, which is based on the combat proven CV90 tracked chassis, made its international debut during the IDET 2019 exhibition held May in Brno, Czech Republic. BAE Systems is also bidding its CV90 platform, in the IFV configuration,
