Koalitsiya-SV testing on track
Testing of the Russian Army’s new Koalitsiya-SV artillery gun will be completed in 2019, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) announced on 4 September.
The Russian MoD recently concluded a contract for the supply of an initial batch of ten units for military operation.
Koalitsiya-SV is designed to attack artillery and mortar batteries, tanks and armoured vehicles, and air defence and missile defence systems.
Serial delivery of Koalitsiya-SV will begin in 2020.
