Russia fields armed Tigr-M
The Russian military has started taking delivery of the Tigr-M infantry mobility vehicles (IMV) armed with the Arbalet-DM remote weapon station (RWS).
This was confirmed by Dmitry Galkin, director general of Arbalet-DM’s manufacturer, Oruzheinyie Masterskie.
He has declined to reveal how many vehicles were delivered to the Russian military, only noting that the state defence order for 2016 was successfully completed. Galkin also confirmed that the Arbalet-D deliveries for installation on the Tigr-M IMV are set to continue in 2017.
