More Koalitsiya SPH specifications emerge from the shadows
New information has emerged from manufacturer Uraltransmash about the capabilities and technical specifications of the 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV self-propelled howitzer (SPH).
Uraltransmash previously gave a rate of fire for Koalitsiya of 15 rounds per minute, but according to the latest information, the SPH can now operate in a short fire attack mode (seven rounds in 15s) or maintain a rate of 20 rounds per minute for three minutes.
Koalitsiya will replace the 2S19 Msta-S 152 mm SPH, which has been in service with the Russian Army since 1989.
