MSPO 2015: Poland hits remote
A new remote weapon station from the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) has been displayed at the MSPO exhibition in Kielce, Poland.
The ZSMU-1276 has been built by Zaklady Mechanizne Tarnow, part of the PGZ, and the company’s first prototype variants were open for viewing.
A spokesperson from PGZ told Shephard that there are four different types of this RWS being developed: A3, A4, A5 and the C1 variants.
The A3 was fitted to a Rosomak 8x8 wheeled armoured fighting vehicle at the exhibition. It can be armed with a UKM-2000C 7.62mm GPMG or a WKM-Bm 12.7mm machine gun.
